Wakaan’s Champagne Drip and Lucii are a collaborative triumph on emotive bass gem, ‘Me and You’

Champagne Drip and Lucii have been capitalizing on an already-impressive and highly-celebrated catalog of singles, EPs, and albums. As two integral parcels of Liquid Stranger‘s revered psychedelic-bass label, the Wakaan signees offer something both emotionally stirring and intelligently designed. Now the Wakaan heavyweight and intergalactic bass princess have come together on “Me and You.”

The track, which comes at the heels of Liquid Stranger’s ASCENSION EP, is an emotive bass gem with big room appeal. Between Lucii’s striking vocal content and the duo’s complimentary production style, “Me and You” synthesizes emotional melodies with cinematic bass styles and powerful lyrical content. An atmospheric and immersive listen, Champagne Drip and Lucii’s newest joint effort is a fine testament to artistic collaboration. Moreover, it speaks to the magic that is consistently coming out of the weird and wonderful world of Wakaan.

Both artists are featured on Excision’s Bass Canyon at The Gorge and have quite a bit more in store for the year.
