Ubbi Dubbi gets Freaky Deaky: Disco Donnie festivals merge for ‘supersized’ 2020 edition

Ubbi Dubbi is about to get Freaky Deaky. As the coronavirus pandemic continues its mean streak in festival cancellations around the world, one April festival seemed to be holding out. After weighing all the possibilities and cooperating with local authorities, Disco Donnie has officially gone public with postponing Ubbi Dubbi’s original April 18-19 weekend until the fall. The event will now take place on October 30 and 31.

“We are sad to announce that by order of the local authorities, we are unable to produce the festival on Saturday, April 18 & Sunday, April 19 at Globe Life Park in Arlington, Texas. We looked at multiple options to produce a safe event during the Summer, but thought it was best to concentrate on providing a supersized event in the Fall.”

Ubbi Dubbi will resume back to their April date in Dallas next year, but for now, the festival will be teaming up with Freaky Deaky to bring fans an all-new “supersized” experience at the Houston Raceway Park in Baytown, Texas this Halloween.

Ubbi Dubbi 2020 tickets will transfer over to the new event or be refunded. The full announcement, as well as refunds and other additional information, can all be found here.
