Slow Magic launches 4-part album with leading single, ‘Home’
Slow Magic has recently announced a brand new album, it’s the end of the world but it’s ok, and accompanying North American tour by the same name. The 4-part independent project will be released throughout 2020 as the masked producer follows his 16-date live headline tour. To celebrate, Slow Magic has released the album’s leading single in “Home.”
“‘I swore the sky was falling / but the morning sun still rose.’ These lyrics from my new single ‘Home’ encapsulate the message of my album, it’s the end of the world but it’s ok. Now more than ever, it can feel like everything is falling apart. With this project and this song, I want to remind people that even through the worst times, we can make it through,” said Slow Magic on the inspiration behind the song and album.
“Home” follows with Slow Magic’s cinematic, drum-driven indie-dance signature sound, with driving pop vocals, cathartic drops, and vibrant horns sections to lift and delight. The song, like the artist’s musical stamp, is a feel-good mood lifter for any occasion, whether gearing up for a night out or cruising down the highway full speed.
Due to the coronavirus shutting down the live music industry, Slow Magic’s tour has been postponed indefinitely, but new dates will be announced shortly. Tickets are on sale via Slow Magic’s tour website.
