Relive Insomniac’s Countdown Virtual Rave-A-Thon with live sets from Peekaboo, Medasin, Lost Kings, Mat Zo, & more [WATCH]
Following a highly successful Beyond Wonderland live stream party hosted from Insomniac HQ in Los Angeles, Pasquale Rotella brings dance music fans another top-notch quarantine party. Equipped with the high-level stage production that only Insomniac is known for, coupled with the hottest dance music acts of the time, the Countdown Virtual Rave-A-Thon was one online event to-not-miss this past weekend.
With stellar live sets from established vets like Mat Zo, Sacha Robotti, Ookay, and SNBRN, along with hotly rising stars like Peekaboo, i_o, k?d, Dombresky, and more, the sets were filled with new track IDs, plenty of industry talk, and a “buzzing” Pasquale Rotella all night long. Even in the wee hours of the morning, at around 3am PST, Rotella reported that there were still hundreds of thousands of people watching.
Countdown is actually one of Insomniac’s NYE massives, which just rang in the new decade in Southern California. Rotella went online following the event to poll fans over which Insomniac festival should follow on the virtual live stream, to which fans voted Nocturnal Wonderland.
