Sonic Bloom pulls the plug 2020 gathering over COVID-19 pandemic
Another day, another depressing news story for festival-goers all over the world. Sonic Bloom, a transformational gathering which draws people to Colorado from all over the world, has pulled the plug on its 2021 iteration. The event was set to take place out in Spanish Peaks County, Colorado, for four days over June 18-21. Headliners included Tipper, Charlesthefirst, Lettuce, Sunsquabi, and more.
“We were so hoping we could gather this year but it has become increasingly apparent that in order to assure a safe event for everyone involved, we need to continue to be patient and waiting until it is sound to gather again in large numbers,” organizers detailed in a press statement.
Sonic Bloom will move dates by one summer solstice to June 17-20, 2021. All tickets will be good for the following year and organizers are currently working with all musical artists to reconfirm for the new dates. The reconfirmed line-up is coming soon, according to the staff.
