Ian Evans (aka MIZE) has just released a highly-anticipated track dubbed “Thought Process” under the acclaimed Wakaan label. The leading underground bass label hosted the first installment of Wakaan Music Festival where Evans performed last year. His set had an incredible turnout, with this directly being one of the many positive factors that pushed the label to honor his artistry in releasing his latest track on their well-received platform.
Compared to most of Wakaan’s musical releases, “Thought Process” is a much lighter, heavenly, and serene track. While the bass is low, the vibrations that emanate from it are high, leaving listeners feeling grounded to the earth yet fluid in movement. This doesn’t come as much of a surprise for those who are familiar with this experimental bass artist.
The track is a downtempo dream – it takes listeners on a four-minute and forty-second sonic journey through time and space with its iconic MIZE baseline, prominent synths, and transcendental tones. Be sure to show some support and stream MIZE’s latest release below!
