Kito & ZHU share feel-good music video for Jeremih-assisted single, ‘Follow’
Kito and ZHU‘s new official video for their Jeremih collaboration, “Follow,” is a shimmering and emotive clip that captures the magic of a summer in New York City through dance. Out today on Astralwerks and directed by Danica Arias Kleinknecht, the visual features a crew of dancers moving through parks, rooftops, tunnels, and empty streets, absorbing and echoing the strange energy that the city offers in the year’s hottest months.
Featuring dancers Caleb Bonney and Stephen Ojo — both of whom appeared in Beyoncé’s recent film Black Is King — the video echoes the uplifting anthemics of the single, pairing the soaring house pianos and breathy vocals with fluid movements and captivating choreography. It’s a continuation of a previously released dance video, but the world is bigger, magnifying the ecstatic energy and adding a sense of optimism.
