ZHU performs live set on moving train [WATCH]

Grammy-nominated producer ZHU has never been one to shy away from the unconventional when it comes to his live sets. This year alone, ZHU‘s list of exotic settings includes a mountaintop in the Japanese Alps, the sandy dunes of Utah’s Coral Pink Sand Dunes Park, and most recently, a moving train cruising amidst rural Montana. Disclaimer: He’s not actually on top of the train James Bond-style, as simultaneously disappointing and relieving that detail may be.
Equipped with a full band in tow, including a flute/saxophone player, the enigmatic artist slyly snuck in some unreleased material to keep an ear out for. If that wasn’t enough, the West World-esque performance is interlaced with sweeping drone shots for a truly epic experience, both visually and sonically.
ZHU’s headlining set follows opening performances from Claude VonStroke and Louis the Child as part of the “Tito’s Made To Order” live stream series. Aired on October 8, the fundraiser festival partnered with World Central Kitchen, who is matching audience donations up to $100,000.
