Louis The Child usher in the era of ‘Euphoria’ with colorful music video for ‘So What’ + forthcoming album tour announcement
Vibrant, clean, and light-hearted are just a few ways to sum up Louis The Child‘s eclectic electronic sound. The Chicago-based hometown heroes delivered their highly-anticipated debut album, Here For Now, last June to as much fanfare as critical praise. Released in the middle of a global pandemic, the duo wasn’t able to tour the album, but that’s all water under bridge as the live music world begins to open up slowly but surely. After releasing the first single, from their forthcoming Euphoria project, and simultaneously unveiling a 2021 tour across the United States, they now bring the world the music video accompaniment to “So What.”
The track, which features the stunning vocals of A R I Z O N A, showcases the chemistry between the three artists point blankly. “So What” delivers distinguishable synths that pop with a lively aura while its lyrics give listeners a fresh outlook on the nature of relationships. The music video goes even further by giving viewers the full glimpse of a relationship. Crafting a beautifully uplifting melody, ripe with colorful pop tones and chill atmospheres, the song highlights the significance of breaking from a past hurtful relationship and embracing the inner peace everyone deserves.
Bringing their friends on the road, the Euphoria tour will a spectacle event of the year. Featuring Jai Wolf, K.Flay, The Knocks, Whethan, and What So Not as direct support in select cities, along with opening acts Elderbrook, ilo ilo, Evan Giia, MEMBA, and more, the tour boasts an impressive talent pool that deserves attention.
