At long last, EDC Las Vegas reveals full 2021 line-up

In the wake of EDC Las Vegas‘ controversial postponement, Pasquale Rotella hosted a caustic Reddit AMA wherein the Insomniac Events owner answered questions from the most irate of the Electric Sky headliners. After a tumultuous period, the flagship Insomniac festival is now “all systems go” for its new dates in October, especially given how Nevada’s COVID-19 test positivity rate continues to fall.

Coming on the tail end of the controversy, Electric Daisy Carnival HQ has finally unveiled an exultant lineup for its 2021 festival, with 200-plus acts including EDM heavyweight acts deadmau5, The Chainsmokers, and Alison Wonderland, to name a few.

The festival, set to take place October 22-24 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, will also feature performances from Alesso, AC Slater, Anna Lunoe, Diplo, DJ Snake, Elephante, Louis the Child, Martin Garrix, Whethan, Tiësto, Kaskade, Kygo, Snakehips, TOKiMONSTA, and more. Insomniac is set to debut a new EDC stage at kineticFIELD this year themed “kineticZEN,” which will feature a performance from Kygo, marshmello, Seven Lions, as well as a highly-anticipated back-to-back set from SLANDER and Said The Sky.

The storied circuitGROUNDS stage, now hosted by recent Insomniac acquisition HARD, will host the likes of Eric Prydz, REZZ, Virtual Self, TESTPILOT, and more, while the Factory 93-hosted neonGARDEN brings Prydz’s darker alias Cirez D, Charlotte de Witte, Maceo Plex, and more.

The Bassrush-hosted bassPOD brings G JONES b2b EPROM, Ivy Lab, Zomboy, among some questionable bookings like Datsik and Space Jesus, while cosmicMEADOW sees Zeds Dead, Whethan, ZHU, and more take to the stage.

Newer stages include Dreamstate‘s quantumVALLEY stage, which brings Andrew Bayer, Markus Schulz, Cosmic Gate, and a classics set from Dash Berlin, and stereoBLOOM, which is fueled by Insomniac Records signed artists like Zeke Beats, YOOKiE, Conrank, and many more.
