Gravitrax celebrates the Warner Bros ‘Space Jam’ sequel with electrifying 3-track EP release

After months of preparation, including a video game, live stream, and three-track EP, Gravitrax has had much to be excited about lately… and it’s not just the release of Space Jam 2. The drummer/producer/DJ released his free download remix of RL Grime’s “Scylla” last month, followed by his remix of Seal’s “Fly Like an Eagle,” which all lead up to a larger project in the works that now comes to fruition. Celebrating the release of Space Jam 2: A New Legacy, starring Lebron James, Gravitrax now announces his newest musical project. His aptly-titled SPACE JAM EP landed on the same day of the blockbuster film’s release, July 16.

To mark the dual release of the Warner Brothers blockbuster and his extended play release, Gravitrax hosted a live stream event the day before the two coinciding releases. Fans were officially invited to join the TUNE SQUAD with a one-hour set on a Virtual-3D SPACE JAM EP stage, curated by Gravitrax and hosted on the River Beats Twitch. Complete with a 3D stage and stadium in a curated Nostalgic and Electronic world of Space Jam, the live stream brought together many of his friends, including Bitsky, Dredlok, Homemade Spaceship, Funkstatik, and more.
