Das Energi stage collapses, one attendee injured [UPDATED]

Utah music festival Das Energi had a stage collapse tonight due to “severe weather conditions,” which included heavy winds that resulted in the injury of one attendee. Around 8pm WCT, a portion of the festival’s main stage came crashing down during SHARPS’ live set falling on one patron and causing the grounds to be temporarily shut down. Attendees are standing by for weather updates.

UPDATE** Weather conditions have improved in SLC and the festival has announced it’s re-opening it’s gates. Thankfully, the attendee only suffered from minor cuts and bruises.
