Boys Noize has already become a tech/electro icon in his own right. Now Alex Ridha is primed to take on a new direction in his highly-anticipated alter-ago debut of ELAX. On December 7, Boys Noize will unveil his new identity at Sound Nightclub in Los Angeles.

Having already released his first single on Solomun‘s DIYnamic Music, as well a two-track Sueño EP, Ridha’s next glimpse into the ELAX universe comes in the form of an exclusive hour-long mix for Friendship’s running mix series. ELAX’s techno-driven offering arrives as the sixth installment of the hype-episodes, following Nora En Poure, Claptone, J Worra, Volac, and um.., all of whom will set sail on Friendship’s maiden voyage next month.

ELAX will also be aboard the inaugural affair of longtime collaborator Destructo‘s recently-launched AMFAMFAMF brand, alongside RÜFÜS DU SOLJ. Phlip, Wax Motif, Ducky, and many more.

Friendship is currently sold out, but fans can still grab tickets to ELAX’s debut performance in Los Angeles here.
