1788-L links with Kayzo on heavy halftime single, ‘Ark’
CE favorite 1788-L has been relatively quiet in terms of musical releases, although the Dallas native has been busy on the live festival circuit. He’s got Lost Lands and Imagine on the September docket, with a full dose of Halloween events in HARD Day Of The Dead and Haunted Fest to close out October.
Just when fans were beginning to wonder whether the hot-shot mid-tempo talent had anything cooking up in the studio, 1788-L drops a bomb in the form of a high-powered Kayzo collaboration. The track, “Ark,” is a full serving of atomic bass that sits between Kayzo’s heavy dubstep signatures and 1788-L glitched out beats and robo-synths. The song’s drops are built as just that — drop off points for each producer to shine. It’s a track that will be getting plenty of main stage attention between the two producers during their respective fall appearances.
Also catch Kayzo at Lost Lands later this month as well as at the end of December for Lights All Night in Dallas.
