REZZ and Malaa unveil highly-anticipated mid-tempo collaboration, “Criminals”

REZZ and Malaa have been the names on most dance music fans’ minds lately, at least ever since they revealed they were in the studio together back in August. Fueled by a full tank of anticipation on both producers’ fan fronts, REZZ went onto debut the track live during her REZZ ROCKS II event in Colorado. The pair then took to the stage together for the first time to deliver the track last weekend during REZZ’s set at Freaky Deaky.

Speaking about the collaboration, REZZ says, “I have known MALAA for a long time now, we knew we’d work together someday.”

Now all sense of anticipation can be quelled because REZZ and MALAA have finally released their new single, “Criminals,” out now via Tchami’s label, Confession. Layered with crooning basslines, glitchy percussive kicks, and deeply hypnotic tones, “Criminals” is a bone-tingling mid-tempo anthem meant for spooky season.

The long-awaited release coincides with the launch of MALAA’s North American ILLEGAL 2019 TOUR, kicking off tonight, October 31. Ask expect to hear the track being played out on REZZ’s Beyond The Senses tour, which continues through December with dates in Chicago, Portland, Seattle, and more.
