Zeds Dead unleash third track from ‘We Are Deadbeats Vol. 4’ with Ganja White Night-assisted ‘Dead of Night’

The release date for Zeds Dead‘s forthcoming label compilation, We Are Deadbeats, is swiftly approaching and the Canadian bass music moguls are steadily teasing the fourth installment. They’ve already released “Sound of The Underground” with Urbandawn and “Bumpy Teeth” with Subtronics. Now DC and Hooks team up with frequent collaborators Ganja White Night (GWN) on another highly anticipated collaboration, “Dead of Night,” which just hit streaming platforms everywhere.

Set to arrive on the Volume 4 installment next week, the track has already seen plenty of face time on dance floors all across the continent. The track’s mysterious, low-tempo intro has GWN written all over it, with haunting key strokes and steady guitar riffs leading the way. Before long, the track sinks into its first drop with syncopated synths, wobbling growls, and warped fills. The rest leaves listeners moving in slow, low moving submission.

The track marks the third time the two defining bass duos have worked together. First, with Ganja White Night’s official remix of “This is Me” from Zed Dead’s Northern Lights Remixes LP. Second, on the more recent collaboration “Samurai,” which shared it’s release on both Deadbeats and GWN’s SubCarbon imprint.

Zeds Dead’s forthcoming We Are Deadbeats Vol. 4 compilation will be available everywhere January 14.
