GRiZ announces a ‘no phones house party’ in Brooklyn
It looks as though GRiZ is putting pen back to paper honing his poetry skills once more. The Detroit-bred dub-funk lord (real name Grant Kwiecinski) recently took to his socials to announce the return of his no phones house party in Brooklyn. The sonnet goes something like this:
I wanna do this again…A show that’s on them house party vibesstage goes into the crowdUp close and personal
Kwiecinski intends to ditch the sax and go full force on an “all freestyle, redux no fucks” set. The GRiZ family is naturally ecstatic over the concept, which will assuredly be talked about for years to come. The function will take place inside the Great Hall at Avant Gardner on April 3. By all means, start booking those flights!
The event itself continues a trend for GRiZ lately as he steps into a more house-driven direction. After all, the man Grant released a spacey funk-house groove on his most recent Bangers[4].Zip EP. Not to mention, he recently followed that up with a live cut of the unreleased track, “Could U,” which is expected on his fifth installment of the EP series.
Pre-sale begins Friday, January 17, at 11am EST. Fans can sign-up here.
