San Holo to make live band debut in San Francisco
San Holo has been playing guitar during his live performances for years. So fans knew it was only a matter of time before the Dutch multi-instrumentalist, born Sander van Dijck, would someday announce a live band. That day happens to be March 21 when San Holo takes to the Billy Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. Manila Killa and Slow Magic are listed as opening act support, but they will not be apart of the band.
At long last, San Holo is returning to his roots where the live band format speaks truer to his young musical training. After all, he has said in interviews that he feels more comfortable with instruments than on DJ decks. Not to mention, it seems to be the live format that solo dance music acts are going nowadays. Look no further than Illenium, Gryffin, The Chainsmokers, and more for proof.
