Tampa-based artist Trivecta hasn’t put out a cohesive project on Ophelia Records since the label favorite released his 2020 debut EP, Everyday. Going two-for-two with debuts, the melodic bass innovator now announces his very-first studio LP on the label with the project’s lead single, “Sail Away.” The track not only marks Trivecta’s first release of 2022, but his first solo release on Ophelia in over a year.

“Sail Away” sets the tone for Trivecta’s forthcoming album with his signature blend of both heavy and melodic elements. The euphoric melodies driving the track’s forward momentum are complemented perfectly by the powerful and ethereal vocals of frequent Trivecta collaborator Jay Mason.

The Netherlands-born singer/songwriter provides a note of encouragement to listeners through his uplifting, inspirational lyrics. Mason’s powerful vocals shine through alongside complex melodies to deliver a track that encompasses the resilient message of looking ahead to brighter days.

Last month, Trivecta joined Wooli in wrapping up the last few shows of his Destination Tour. He also joined Ophelia last year for six stops on the Seven Lions and Ophelia Records Pantheon Tour, playing huge shows at venues including Echostage in Washington DC and Avant Gardner in New York City.
