Space Jesus & Conrank get funny in new experimental bass single, ‘Meatball Parm’
Space Jesus and Conrank are two names in bass music who need no introduction on this site. Currently on tour together, the two left-field bass music astronauts are taking audiences all across the US on rocket ship rides into the outer space and beyond. So it’s only natural that the two would make time to collaborate while out on the road.
Brimming with experimental elements in it’s sound design, “Meatbal Parm” is littered with seismic breakdowns, scattered percussion, and gritty, growling basslines. The Wakaan favorite and his supporting talent, whose just himself released a track with Bassnectar, have released the track on the latter’s label, Circus Records.
Short, heavy, and savory, the track clocks in at just over two-and-a-half minutes and offers listeners a comical take on music production — one that fans are sure to experience live during one of their b2b2b performances on Space Jesus’ 2018 fall tour alongside Zeke Beats.
