Halloween and EDM go together like candy corn and trick-or-treating. Ravers already love dressing up in their garb on any given weekend, so the holiday lends itself to taking things a step further. Yet, with so many festival line-ups dropping around the holiday weekend, it’s easy to get lost in the past. One festival in Texas is standing out against the hoards of Hallow’s Eve events, at least in the bass music community.
Kicking off last year just outside of Dallas, Nightfall Festival was the first camping event to include a three-part haunted house tour and forest trail on its grounds. Nightfall Festival returns to The Parker Plantation for its second year, November 1-3. The three-day event will host some of bass, experimental, and lo-fi’s most promising acts. Featuring headlining performances from the likes of Megalodon, Mad Zach, Moody Good, Dimond Saints, Oolacile, Truth, Of The Trees, and more, Nightfall is the perfect Halloween weekend event for music and horror fans alike. Not only that, it’s the perfect place to get exposed to rising bass talent from around the region as well as across the entire country.
