GriZmas returns for sixth annual double-showcase in Detroit
GRiZ‘s annual yule-tide celebration, GRiZMAS, is returning for the sixth year and is featuring a dual night showcase. Each night GRiZ will perform a unique set, with Friday fueling favorites from 2010-2017. Saturday will showcase GRIZ’s most vast and eye-popping stage production yet — what he’s dubbed The Imaginarium. This set will feature sounds from his acclaimed sixth studio album, Ride Waves, his three-part Bangers EP series, and some never before heard tunes.
GRiZMAS has quickly become a holiday staple for fans all over the US who travel to Detroit for back-to-back shows and “12 Days” of charitable events with GRiZ himself. Since 2014, GRiZ’s “12 Days of GRiZMAS” series has made a strong impact across Detroit communities. In the past two years alone, the prolonged charity marathon has raised over $100,000. In conjunction with each year of sold-out double headers, GRiZ fans and locals alike have come together to help fund music education, art programs, and coding lessons across Detroit’s public schools. All of this year’s proceeds will benefit the nonprofit organization, Seven Mile.
GRiZMAS will take place in the Masonic Temple in GRiZ’s hometown of Detroit, December 13-14. Pre-sale tickets are available now (password: grizmas). General on-sale will begin Friday, October 18, at 12pm ET where fans can purchase two-day, single-day, and VIP.
