REZZ inks new contract deal with RCA Records: ‘I didn’t sell my soul’
When she isn’t busy releasing collaborations with Zeds Dead and Grabbitz, or giving her fans live streams during quarantine, REZZ takes some time to relax by the pool. However, that doesn’t mean she’s not working while lounging in the Miami sun. The hard-working independent artist, who released all her music under REZZ Music Inc., has recently become not-so-indie anymore.
REZZ just announced that she has signed with RCA Records, an American record label under the arm of Sony Music, while “laying out by a pool in Miami.” Always forthcoming on her social media accounts, the Beyond The Senses artist took time to assure her fans that she isn’t giving up her creative freedom by signing with a major label. “I didn’t sell my soul and I’m happy,” says REZZ, knowing full well the stigma that gets attached to artists who get considered “sell outs” upon taking the important career step.
I didn’t make this public yet but I recently signed a major label deal with RCA while I was laying by a pool in Miami.
I’d like you to know I have full creative freedom and I didn’t sell my soul, and I’m happy
