Slowpalace, FWLR, and qwinn join forces on Monstercat for heavy-hitting electro collaboration, ‘Already Gone’

Monstercat has been graciously gracing the headlines lately. The indie label has proved itself a force in the electronic music world with its recent acquisition of Silk Music. Now it’s business as usual for the label giant with their next official release. Burgeoning producer Slowpalace makes his Monstercat debut today alongside returning label favourite FWLR and rising Canadian vocalist qwinn, with their hard-hitting electro track, “Already Gone.” The trio joins forces for the first time to blend their uniquely dark, yet melodic sounds together for an absolute dance floor heater.

“Making ‘Already Gone’ with FWLR and qwinn was definitely a long-winded journey, but was worth it in the end. I started this demo back in September 2019, and since then, it has gone through an unthinkable amount of versions and revisions until taking on a life of its own when I eventually linked up with FWLR to finish the collab. qwinn was able to lay down some incredible vocals for us as well, and she added even more depth to the track and definitely made the whole song into something special. Hope you guys enjoy this incredible project from us three!”

Though the quarantine has forced the world indoors and into isolation, it has opened new doors for artists and the way they go about the collaborative process.
