BRONSON stops by BBC Radio 1 for blistering two-hour Essential Mix
Following their extremely well-received debut album, BRONSON, the super group made of up of Seattle duo ODESZA and Aussie producer Tom Stell of Golden Features have been busy curating their trilogy of remix EPs for the debut self-titled LP. After capping off the third and final release last month, BRONSON stops into the BBC Radio 1 studios for a coveted Essential Mix.
To be invited onto the radio show for the honors is a lot like being invited into an elite club of legends, so fans can rest assured in the fact that the trio truly brings their best to the decks. Elapsing exactly two hours in length, BRONSON slides fluidly between budding bootlegs, heart-wrenching originals, and flawless transitions. In addition to covering some of their early discography to date, BRONSON also samples a few of their current favorites in the mix, including M83, The Chemical Brothers, a CamelPhat remix of Fatboy Slim, a Jaime xx take on The xx, The Prodigy, Bonobo and TEED, Machinedrum, and so many more.
The mix premiered live on April 3 at midnight, but fans can catch up and listen with full track listing by visiting BBC Radio using the link below.
