GRiZ announces long-awaited Red Rocks return for one-night-only Labor Day event
Denver-based hometown hero GRiZ has just announced a Labor Day performance at his prodigal homes and a North American crown jewel venue, Red Rocks Amphitheatre. The special one-night-only show will see GRiZ throwdown three completely unique performances spanning his laidback Chasing The Golden Hour style, renowned ‘10-’17 set, and Full Flex bangers-only triumph.
Following a string of early 2021 collaborations with Elohim to Ganja White Night and now three larger-than-life solo tracks, “Tie-Dye Sky,” “Vibe Check,” and “Astro Funk,” GRiZ fans have been left to wonder what’s coming next from the leading producer. But jumping between genres and styles at ease, and evolving his own sound at every turn, is precisely what makes GRiZ—well, GRiZ. As one of the most exciting artists not just around Denver, but across the entire national dance music arena, GRiZ’s 2021 sonic catalogue will also make him a surefire ringleader of the Red Rocks party of the year.
For anyone whose been paying attention to GRiZ’s recent show announcements turned instant sell-outs, you’d do well to know that these Red Rocks tickets won’t last long. From the GRiZMAS In July double-header at the Riverfront Park Amphitheater in Wilmington, North Carolina, to Space Camp at Virginia’s Hampton Coliseum, to Another World at Denver’s 1st Bank Center, it’s clear the appetite for GRiZ’s high energy, funk-driven sonics are about as strong as ever.
